Private Meditation Session package - 3 x 1 hour sessions
What is private Meditation? Well, essentially it’s you, me and the ancient art of meditation.
Working with me privately means you get me all to yourself, so we can take your time and tailor your meditation practise to your needs.
Maybe you’re interested in creating a daily meditation home practice but you’re not sure how to get started.
Perhaps you just love the idea of investing in yourself and your self care in this way and having me as your private meditation teacher feels like the next step for you.
Maybe you are really clear that it's time for you to learn some techniques to support you in calming your nervous system and quietening your mind.
Here is what working with me privately would look like:
We find a time that works really well for you and meet in my online meeting room.
Then we meet and have your first session, and take some time to talk about what it is you are looking for from your sessions, how I can support you fully and what you desire by the time we finish working together. We’ll also go through some questions to get you focused on YOU and your self care.
Each session will include simple breath and meditation techniques that you can learn to use by yourself after working with me privately.
You are also able to record each session so you can keep it and rewatch it as many times as you wish.
