Four Part Yoga Series from Kodama Retreat: Connection : Love : Gratitude : Mind
Four sessions of slow flow ‘at home’ yoga and pranayama practise with Louise Walker recorded professionally at Kodama Retreat, Australia
I have created this four part series in response to requests from many of my yoga students and coaching clients . . . who are keen to create a home practise.
Your four part yoga series:
Session 1: Connection – Remembering your connection with the most important thing, ‘Your Breath’
Session 2: Gratitude – Flow with gratitude to shift your focus and outlook on the world around you
Session 3: Love – Open your heart and release stagnant energy with back bends
Session 4: Your Mind – Quieten the fluctuations of your mind to cultivate peace within
Inclusions:
- 4 x 50 minute at home yoga sessions
- Recorded live at Kodama Retreat, Australia
- Includes pranayama techniques
- Each week is uniquely themed
- Classes are vinyasa style 'slow flow' classes with lots of clear instruction and verbal cues and adjustments to help you move slowly and safely through the poses
"I absolutely adore Louise’s yoga classes - she is an amazing teacher and you always get what you need from the class in mind body and soul.... even online the classes are fantastic, but if you get the chance to practice at Kodama it is magical... what are you waiting for... get on your mat with Louise as your guide.... namaste 🙏" Samantha Batchelor
By purchasing this yoga series, what are you saying YES to?
**Choosing to put yourself first by choosing YOU every time you practise
**Agreeing (with yourself) to prioritise getting on the mat to strengthen your body and create flexibility in your mind
**Committing to putting time aside to sit with yourself and drop into quiet and connect with inner peace
The best part is, once the practice is over you can snuggle up in your bed for a blissful night sleep because you don’t have to drive home"
More info:
These sessions can be watched again and again, as once you purchase them they are yours to keep to inspire yourself to roll out your mat at home and practise by yourself.
I recommend practising each session a couple of times before progressing to the next one, to help you build strength and familiarity with the poses, especially if you are more new to yoga.
The intensity of the yoga flow builds slightly from session 1 to session 4. Enjoy!
How it works:
Once I receive your booking on my website you will be emailed the 4 yoga session series. Please ensure to include your email address when making your booking.
"I attended the Yin Yang Fusion class today. Thank you Louise. You make every session beautiful. You have a gift that I cannot explain. I love love love the personal touches. Just wish they were longer. I so look forward to the next one."
"The beginner yoga course at Kodama was amazing with clear directions and a great insight into what yoga is. The yoga relieved my anxiety and stress and created a feeling of wholeness. The focus on breath helped balance my mind, body and soul. Thank you."
"I had the pleasure of attending a beginner Yoga course with Louise. It was very informative, the venue was bursting with positive energy and the beginners instruction was very well put together. I will be going back for more."
“I am not new to yoga but what I really like about Louise’s style is that she takes the consideration to make sure you are in each pose correctly. It’s surprising how even minor adjustments can make such a difference. Her gentle manner & patience makes her the perfect teacher for beginners & her skill & technique will benefit everyone from beginners to committed yogi’s."
