"Birthing the New" Transformational Journey:

• We will be gathering online on Wednesday the 27th April 7-8pm to come into communion and to create the sacred energetic container to begin our journey.
• In this sacred space we will be creating an altar of our core values, as a guiding light to illuminate your way forward
• This session is for setting a sacred container and introductions, to allow you to re-set your compass and pay attention to and re-set, the "what you are paying attention to".
• There will be introductions and an opening to yourself, each other and a familiarisation of Mel and I as your facilitators for this journey.

• On Sunday 1st May under the New Moon, we will gather at the powerful space that is La Tierra, for a sacred cacao ceremony.
• Here together we will connect with the spirit of mama Cacao, and dance, shake  and shed our spirit of the shackles of the old, and to open our hearts to the joy of new creation. 

• This will be followed by a guided sound journey, to remember our divine purpose for why we came here during this crazy time. We will connect deep into the womb of the earth and uncover our unique gifts that we are to birth into the world. There will be time for journaling, and sharing our experience.
• After a nourishing hot lunch we will sit in sacred circle and share our insights from the journey so far.
• A powerful space will be created and held for you to courageously question what is holding you back from self actualising and sharing your gifts.
• You will be facilitated to gently challenge any old stuck patterns, to clarify & connect to your purpose, and mature your vision.
• You will create a powerful intention, a clear knowing of what is that you are birthing into the world. Who are you becoming, what do you want to feel, how do you want to be remembered as ancestors?
• A restorative yin yoga class will allow you to land softly into your body and to integrate the day's lessons and with peace and harmony. 
• This will be followed by a delicious afternoon tea to uplift and re-energise you. 
• Then you will harness the power of your subconscious by Creating a Sigal and sacred object for the final fire - a sacred symbol of your vision of the New way which you are birthing, encompassing your unique gifts and purpose.
• Then we then close our circle around a sacred fire, solidifying our vessel, crystalizing our vision and sending our collective intentions into the heavens with song.

Part 3: Re-ignite

• This session is all about you Integrating & Actioning your vision and purpose and offering your gifts out in the world in a way that is truly aligned for you.
• We will be gathering online on Monday May 9th 7-8pm to reactivate our sacred energetic container to end your journey.
• You will be held lovingly accountable for agreed changes and actions that you pledged in circle at the ending of our immersive one day experience. 

Inclusions:
•Two "Birth the New" online workshops and workbooks to complete for before and after retreat day 

• Sacred cacao ceremony with movement to shed layers and create clarity 
• Transformational group coaching and powerful facilitation to shift old patterns and belief systems keeping you stuck 

• Yin yoga session & yoga nidra to soften, open, relax and rejuvenate your nervous system 
• NB: Each Guest receives a retreat ‘Birth the New'  take home workbook to complete during the retreat 
• Closing Fire Ceremony, where we create a powerful space to take the Retreat learnings forward and apply to our Lives
• Catered lunch & afternoon tea, made fresh by experienced food expert Anna McCarthy 
• Complimentary teas and filtered rain water
• All classes and workshops are held inside our beautiful yoga & workshop space, set high up in the trees with tranquil water views
• Access during free time to La Tierra Curativa's 4 acres, explore the dam, rolling green hills, say hello to the various animals and wildlife

Louise Walker:

Louise is the founder and owner of Courage over Comfort Coaching & Retreats www.louisewalker.com.au. Previously Louise has worked at The Golden Door (now Elysia Wellness Retreat) as the in-house Transformational NLP coach, Wellness & Resilience coach, and yoga & meditation teacher.

As a Developmental and Meta Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, Louise holds a powerful transformative coaching space both 1:1 and when working with groups on retreats and workshops.
You’ll experience a ruthlessly compassionate coaching conversation, which uncovers your blind spots, belief systems, self sabotage tendencies, and un-resourceful thinking patterns.

The experience of being coached by Louise is a profound and beautifully disruptive process of the unravelling of your inner world. Her coaching will empower you to understand your inner game, which allows you to then to shine the light of truth onto what’s been holding you back and unnecessarily consuming your time, energy and focus.

Coaching with Louise will offer you a deeper understanding of self, so you are then able to CHOOSE. To choose how you show up in life, to choose the meanings you wish to make about your life, and to choose to own the ever-changing and emerging truth of who you really are.

Melinda King:

Melinda King is the founder of Inner Alchemy Hypnotherapy, RTT and coaching, Melinda King Fine Jewellery, and the co-owner of the La Tierra Curativa retreat space.
As an experienced Rapid Transformational Therapist and Reiki Master energy healer she holds a safe and compassionate space for people to heal from Trauma, anxiety and depression, and to find the inner gold in their experiences and set themselves free.
She draws from a range of modalities including hypnotherapy, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, inner child work and shadow integration to guide her clients through their healing journey, and accompany them on their path to self actualization.
She loves all things that are wild and free, and is a keen permaculture gardener and nature lover. Her creative passion is gemstones, and with 20 years experience as a fine jeweller, and gemologist she loves using precious gems, creating personal mementos and treasured objects of significance to celebrate personal milestones and memories.
At her retreat space at La Tierra Curativa she brings these passions together, creating a space that gives the sensation of being up in the rainforest canopy, in order to still the mind, connect back into nature, and nourish the heart and soul.
