The Enneagram is a map of human nature experienced through nine distinct personality types that describe how we think, feel, act and how we stand in relation with the world and others. 

In this 90 min developmental coaching session you'll gain insight into your habituated thinking and behavioural patterns related to your Enneagram personality type that may currently be blind spots for you.

You'll receive clarity on how these unconscious patterns may be limiting your potential in both your professional and personal life, and strategies to overcome this and free yourself moving forward.

Working with me as your developmental coach:

I offer lovingly challenging and intentionally disruptive coaching to empower you to bring awareness to how you're getting in your own way.

My coaching will awaken you to your blind spots and open you to new perspectives to allow you to identify what's been holding you back from living your truth, purpose and potential.

I also contract as a developmental coach, speaker and facilitator for several organisations such as The Design Coach, New Beginnings executive coaching and Holistic Rehabilitation. 

Previously I've worked as the in-house coach, yoga and meditation teacher at Five Star Health Retreat 'The Golden Door' (now Elysia Wellness Retreat).

Please note:

  • Once you have booked your session here via my website, I will send you a link to my calendar so you can find a suitable session time and date for your 90 min 1:1 exploration coaching session.
  • Prior to coming to this session you will need to complete your Enneagram test and send me the result.  We will discuss your test results as part of this coaching session.

  • I ask you to complete a comprehensive Enneagram test prior to this session: 
    • Here is link to Enneagram test, please be sure to select RHETI version.  https://tests.enneagraminstitute.com/ 
    • Please email me the PDF of your test results once completed please. At least one week prior to the retreat date 
    • Cost for test is $12 US and takes approx 30-40 mins to complete, so be sure to put sufficient time aside to do test in one sitting
