Their joint intention is to provide a powerful heart centred space - for you to feel supported to let go, to be received, and held to drop within. To bring new awareness to past conditioning and old patterns - to allow you to create a deeper connection with self and others you relate with.
Come and join us for an evening where you can feel held and supported to open to more of your Truth, Potential and Purpose.This tender space of transformation will give you space to dive deep within and gift you new tools and awareness to open to new ways of thinking, feeling and relating.
The Opening is about the expansion of your heart, mind and soul to create new ways of being on the inside, that have the potential to translate to changes in how you experience yourself, and how you experience your life. Louise and Kat will guide you to witness and reframe old beliefs and stories, to allow for more flexibility in your masculine and feminine energetics and allow you to return home to yourself.This space of self enquiry has been created for you to feel supported, seen and held, in a non-judgemental space of potent transformation.
What you will receive during the evening:- A welcoming space facilitated and held by Louise and Kat to invite you to connect deeply with yourself- A space to be witnessed, seen and heard - Enquiry facilitation to deepen into the truth of who you are - A space to deepen with your brothers in a sacred container- Yin Yoga to allow you to soften into your being
- Reiki and gentle massage with essential oils- Sound Healing with crystal bowls to heal and shed layers of tension- Breath work techniques to shift stagnant energy, refocus & re-energise

Facilitator Bios:
Louise Walker is a Developmental coach, providing disruptive coaching to empower her clients to bring awareness to how they're getting in their own way. Her coaching awakens her clients to new perspectives which allows them to identify what's been holding them back from living their Truth, Purpose and Potential.
Her portfolio of clients include entrepreneurs and senior level executives across Australia, UK, USA, Mauritius and Fiji. Previously Louise has worked as the in-house coach at Five Star Health Retreat The Golden Door (now Elysia Wellness Retreat).

Louise is also an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, specialising in running unique, 'Immersion Retreats' in Australia and overseas. She's passionate about creating unforgettable retreat experiences involving coaching, yoga and meditation that heal and transform guests.

Kat Ellis is a Counsellor, Astrologer, Light Activator and Sound Healer. She works with sound, crystal bowls & voice activation to take men and women on guided journeys within to access deep states of inner awareness and peace.She also has a strong passion for holding space for men's and women’s circles; supporting them to feel nourished, nurtured and supporting them in coming back to intuitive truth ♥️
