In response to the busy-ness of Life this 'Yoga for Inner Peace' course has been lovingly designed to allow you to press the Pause button and to drop into a deep healing space.

'Yoga for Inner Peace' sessions are a journey of gentle flow yoga,  nurturing Yin yoga, ending with a divine guided Meditation

Each session will be uniquely themed and infused with healing DoTerra essential oils and vibrational medicine from Tibetan sound bowls.

Sessions will be led by myself, Louise Walker . . you will be guided by my soothing voice, gentle touch and nurturing energy.

Course is held at Kodama Retreat, Holgate in our studio nestled deep in nature and surrounded 360 degrees by healing power of magnificent trees. Entry via a pebbly path winding through the beautiful grounds.

Course overview:

Classes are kept small and intimate, meaning you’re guaranteed individual personal attention to accelerate your learning.

Each 1.5 hour session includes:

- Gentle warm up and grounding yoga flow to circulate energy - 45 mins

- Yin yoga to drop deep inside to stillness - 30 mins 

- Pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm your nervous system - 5 mins

- Guided Meditation to experience going beyond the thinking mind - 10 mins

Plus each session will include: 
- Tibetan singing bowl 'heart chakra' vibrational medicine
- Mantra and mudra 
- Essential oil infusion and application for deep healing
- Massage and gentle assists

At Kodama Retreat, you will find my yoga teaching style is compassionately gentle, slow and full of pointed instruction to guide you safely through every posture. I use incense, scented oils and candles so that when you walk through nature and arrive at the stunning Kodama Retreat studio for class, you will feel an instant change in your energy and spirits as you settle down onto your mat.

During the sessions, you will experience my gentle touch, massages with healing balms & essential oils, yoga philosophy, inspiring quotations and beautiful intentions, so you leave each class feeling as if you have just shared something special and intimate.
