This the first step to working with me as your 1:1 Developmental coach is to book an initial “Enquiry coaching session”. This call will allow you to get clear on how coaching can support you to make the changes you’re ready to make and see if we're a fit to work together.
In this session you'll experience a direct and ruthlessly compassionate coaching conversation that gets right to the heart of things. The coaching questions I ask will dig under the surface to look at what you really want, and also explore what’s holding you back and where you’re getting in your own way.
You will gain a higher awareness of what feeling, thinking and behaving you are running that is getting in the way of you living the life you want and being the person you wish to be.
At the end of the Enquiry coaching session we agree a bespoke “Coaching Topic” personal to you, and discuss and agree the best coaching route for you.
As part of my commitment to my courageous clients, I offer this 60 minute Enquiry Session at a discounted rate of $150.
This session will also help you understand, what coaching is, HOW it works, and of course together we get clear on WHAT specifically you would love to get out of coaching with me.

The session can be run online via my personal zoom meeting room. Or we can arrange to meet face to face if you are local to Byron hinterland.
